How engagements work
- 1. Data audit (2 weeks). We take your booking history and build a baseline of spend and estimated emissions per corridor.
- 2. Policy workshop. Together with your travel, finance and sustainability leads we agree the rules and the target.
- 3. Transition (4–6 weeks). Traveller onboarding, preferred supplier setup, and booking moves across.
- 4. Run and report. Monthly reporting plus a quarterly review of what to change next.
